Privacy Policy

GADANDAN CO., LTD. ("we") operates the online pickup reservation service "Anytime Reservation" (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Service and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Merchants (shop operators): Google account email, shop name, address, phone, billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
• Customers: name, phone number, email address, order contents, pickup date and time, and any message entered for the order, as provided when placing a reservation.
• Technical data: browser type, device, approximate region, pages viewed and error reports, used to keep the Service working and secure.
• Website visit logs: when you view our website (this site's home page, guides and legal pages), we log the page, the referring site, campaign tags in the link (utm parameters), screen size, browser language and a random visitor ID stored in your browser. We derive the network operator or organization, the domain name registered for the network address (reverse DNS) and the approximate location (city, region, country) from your IP address. We store the IP address only in truncated form (the last part removed) together with a salted one-way hash of it; we do not store the full IP address.

2. How we use it

• To create, manage and hand over reservations between customers and the Merchant
• To send order confirmations and service notices by email
• To bill Merchants for the subscription
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to diagnose errors
• To produce statistics that do not identify individuals
• To understand which businesses and organizations visit our website and which promotional links bring them (business analytics)

3. Sharing

Customer information is shared with the Merchant the customer orders from. We use service providers to run the Service: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery), Stripe (subscription billing), Slack (operational alerts) and IPinfo (looking up the network operator and approximate location of an IP address for website visit logs). We do not sell personal information. We disclose information when required by law.

4. Retention

Order data is kept while the Merchant's account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Merchants can request deletion of their account data. Website visit logs are deleted automatically 180 days after the visit.

5. Security

Data is stored on Google Cloud with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the Service.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Customers may also contact the Merchant they ordered from.

7. Cookies, local storage and visit logs

The order page stores the current cart and preferences in your browser's local storage. The admin console uses cookies and local storage for sign-in. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage (pages viewed, sign-ups and trial starts). It sets cookies and does not receive your order details. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Our website stores a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage (no cookie) so that repeat visits can be counted. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal or a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not send or store website visit logs for your visits. Automated traffic (search engine crawlers and similar bots) is not logged.

8. International transfer

The Service is operated from Japan and data is stored in Google Cloud regions in the United States. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date below will change and material changes will be announced in the admin console.
